Placing Orders
We recommend placing your order at www.worrynotcurry.com as soon as you have booked your airline ticket and hotel room in the U.S. To allow adequate time for processing and shipping, the minimum time for placing orders at our regular FREE shipping rate is 7 days prior to arrival date. Buy now.

Separate Orders
At this time, a separate order is required for each guest, at each hotel, for each date of arrival. The only exception being is if more than one guest is arriving at the same hotel on the same date. In this case then one guest can be named to receive multiple kits.

Cancellation/Change Policy
Cancellations or changes must be made by 3 PM US Central Standard Time 8 days prior to arrival date.  If you need to cancel/change your order, please contact us immediately.

Payment 
Worry Not Curry accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Our website can only accept payment in U.S. dollars. If you have a non-U.S. credit card, please make sure that it works in the U.S. If you would prefer to pay by check, please contact us.

We start processing your order one day before we ship thus your credit card will be charged for the entire order up to 8 days before your arrival date.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.125% is added to all orders billed to Minnesota addresses.

Please bear in mind that we are a small privately owned business and are not always able to answer your call immediately – but we pride ourselves on our high level of personal service. Shipping
Standard ground shipping is FREE! We ship via FedEx Ground within the continental United States only. Contact us to discuss the possibility of shipping outside the contiguous 48 States (Hawaii or Alaska) in which case additional shipping charges may be incurred. We are sorry, but we do not currently ship orders overseas.

For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

For example, you ship a package on Friday that takes 3 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so the first day counted would be Monday (provided it is not a Holiday) and the package would arrive on Wednesday, the third business day after the ship date. In other words, the “3 days” by FedEx standards actually leaves our warehouse 6 days before it arrives.

If necessary, contact us to discuss Express Delivery options in which case additional shipping charges will be incurred. The Express Delivery charges are what we must pay our carrier to deliver the package via Express.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

In case we encounter any glitches with delivery, please be sure to include each traveler’s proper contact details in the U.S. (e.g., mobile number, email address, or hotel phone number) for any necessary follow up.

Tracking your Order
If you need to check the status of your order, you can log onto our website using your email address and the password you supplied when you ordered and check the status of your order. You can also track your package online at www.FedEx.com or by calling +1-800-GOFEDEX with the tracking number provided on your ship confirmation email.

Arrival Date
We make every effort to ship so that the package arrives the day of/before arrival; however, not all conditions (acts of God) are under our control therefore we reserve the right for shipment to arrive within a window of 3 business days.

Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary, but quality is never compromised. If an item is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Guarantee
Earning your trust and exceeding your expectations is our goal. We will make every effort to make things right.

Due to health and safety concerns, food is not returnable. If your merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you are not happy for any other reason, a replacement or credit will be issued.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the location where, and at the time when, the food kit is shipped. Replacements, credits, or returns will not be issued if the recipient fails to be at the shipping address given and at the time specified.

If you write to us, your name and email is added automatically to our email database. We will not and do not sell or trade your information to ANYONE. You may from time to time receive our online newsletter regarding sales, promotions and emails regarding the website. You can unsubscribe at any time.
